What Do We Do?

CrossFit workouts are comprised of constantly varied functional movements, executed at high intensity. Put simply, we combine elements of Olympic lifting, gymnastics, running and core conditioning. We work to improve flexibility, strength, speed, endurance and agility. We will jump rope, climb ropes, swing kettle bells, jump on boxes, lift weights and flip tires! We do all these things and more in as many combinations as you can think of and scaled to your personal fitness level and abilities! CrossFit Unrestrained training methods will produce unparalleled results for all levels of fitness; from beginners to elite athletes, and everyone in between.

You will be trained in ways that will keep you fit and healthy, you will see significant improvements in body composition, work capacity and in the ability to perform in sports and in daily life, and with commitment, you will get the results you are looking for!

We train in one-hour sessions, with a small group (12-15) of athletes, all doing the same workout, but scaled to each individual’s physical abilities. You will not have to lift weights beyond your level or perform movements beyond your skill set. With this, anyone can excel at CrossFit, and it is suitable for anyone wishing to achieve superior fitness. We do all of this in a fun and supportive environment and always under the watchful eye of a coach who ensures full range of motion and safety in all movements.

The CrossFit methodology was developed to enhance an individual’s competency at all physical tasks. We don’t specialize in any area of fitness so our athletes are trained to perform successfully at multiple, diverse, and randomized physical challenges. This is achieved by utilizing constantly varied, functional movements, done at a high intensity in our programming. With that our workouts are never boring and the results are always dramatic!
