Who is CrossFit Unrestrained?

CrossFit Unrestrained is a strength and conditioning program that is 100% CrossFit and committed to assisting in improving the overall health and fitness of our members.

We are strict... strict about form, strict about standard of movement and strict about safety.  We will coach you regardless of whether you are new to CrossFit or an experienced CrossFit athete.  Our coaching staff continues to grow as trainers by continuing to improve their coaching skills with ongoing training and education.


Once you become a part of our community, it is about you and our goal is to assist and encourage you to reach your personal fitness and performance goals!


What do we do?

CrossFit workouts are comprised of constantly varied functional movements, executed at high intensity. Put simply, we combine elements of Olympic lifting, gymnastics, running and core conditioning. We work to improve flexibility, strength, speed, endurance and agility. We will jump rope, climb ropes, swing kettle bells, jump on boxes, lift weights and flip tires!



At CrossFit Unrestrained our coaching staff is all Certified Level 1 trainers or higher. and we are the only CrossFit box with Level 2 trainers in the Tri Cities. They know functional fitness, they know the CrossFit method of training, and they know what it takes to get you in the best shape of your life.
